Description
The Department of the Navy, through NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is soliciting offers for electric sealing irons classified as wrapping and packaging machinery. The solicitation includes requirements concerning item unique identification and valuation, higher-level contract quality, inspection and acceptance of supplies, payment workflow, and a 12-month warranty for supplies of a noncomplex nature, with defects to be reported within 60 days after discovery. Offers are due September 24, 2026. Applicable federal provisions include Buy American and trade-agreement requirements, annual representations and certifications, security prohibitions and exclusions, royalty information, and a national-defense priority rating.
