Description
The City of Warwick is soliciting bids for a one-year term contract to supply police personnel uniforms and related apparel for its police department and associated divisions. The scope includes shirts, trousers, jackets, coats, rainwear, sweaters, hats, footwear, belts, gloves, motorcycle equipment, vest carriers, patches, badges and other uniform accessories for patrol officers, supervisors, traffic officers, honor guard personnel, recruits, detectives, specialty teams, animal control officers, jailers, community police officers, K9 officers, and explorers/cadets. The vendor must provide specified or approved equivalent products, perform required sewing and alterations, support fitting and delivery, and make products available for inspection. Pricing is to remain firm for one year, from December 12, 2026, through December 11, 2027, with a possible additional term by mutual agreement. The bid package includes a buyer-provided bid and contract form, acknowledgment of addenda, and certification and warrant form that must be completed and submitted with the sealed bid.
