The Government intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with time-and-materials provisions for comprehensive maintenance and repair of five government-owned material-handling assets: a Doosan D160S-5 forklift, Hyster E100ZS electric forklift, Caterpillar TH255C telehandler, Raymond 4750C65 electric counterbalance forklift, and Hyster H550XD-48 heavy-duty forklift. The scope includes OEM-based preventive maintenance, OSHA-compliant safety inspections, diagnostic assessments, scheduled service, unscheduled mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs, replacement parts and fluids, written repair estimates, field service reports, and annual asset health summaries. The contractor must provide certified technicians, OEM authorizations, proprietary diagnostic software and tooling, and on-site emergency response within 24–48 business hours at both Maryland performance locations. Interested sources must submit a written capability statement demonstrating relevant past performance, technician certifications and diagnostic capabilities, and emergency-response capacity; this is not a request for competitive proposals.
