Description
Hoboken Public School District is soliciting electronic proposals for Category One dedicated Internet access and data transmission service at bandwidth increments of 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps. The requested service includes installation and initial configuration for eight eligible entities, with the circuit located at 900 Clinton Street, Hoboken, New Jersey. Proposals should include separate monthly pricing for static IP address blocks and, if offered, an optional managed router capable of handling the requested bandwidth. The district requests a November 1, 2027, service start date and pricing for a three-year term with one possible one-year extension, while allowing evaluation of other terms that meet its requirements. Vendors must include standard contract terms and conditions, itemized monthly recurring and one-time charges, a valid Service Provider Identification Number, and any applicable state-contract or cooperative-purchasing reference. Vendors should have prior experience serving New Jersey public school districts and provide references upon request. The signed and dated specification document and completed Attachment A are required with the bid.
