Description
The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust is soliciting bids for the WC-1164 Waterline Installation project. The work includes approximately 2,630 linear feet of 12-inch PVC waterline, 45 linear feet of 6-inch PVC waterline, fittings, gate valves, a fire hydrant assembly, hydrostatic pressure testing and disinfection, construction staking, GPS as-built surveying, traffic control, mobilization, sidewalk and fence replacement, riprap, temporary erosion control, and approximately 8,800 square yards of solid slab sodding. The project also requires utility coordination, pavement and driveway restoration, water-service coordination, permitting, stormwater pollution prevention, and compliance with Oklahoma City standards. Bidders must be prequalified as City of Oklahoma City Water Pipeline Contractor Class C. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required, and the bid must include a 5% bid security, completed electronic line items, an Anti/Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a notarized Business Relationship Affidavit. The project is to be completed within 120 calendar days after the Work Order date. The solicitation is subject to local bidder preference law.
