The City of Las Vegas is soliciting proposals for municipal court housing rentals. Interested parties can access the RFP documents and submit their proposals through the NGEM website. Registration on the NGEM website is free. For assistance with registration, please contact Purchasing & Contracts at 702-229-6231. The deadline for proposal submission is December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Any requests for accommodations for individuals with disabilities should be made at least two business days in advance by contacting Purchasing & Contracts at 702-229-6231 or 7-1-1 (TTY). The successful offeror will be required to certify they are not boycotting the State of Israel, as per NRS 332.065.
