Description
The City of Dallas is soliciting vendors to provide souvenirs and promotional or advertising merchandise under an informal invitation to bid. The requested goods are identified under NIGP commodity code 03778, “Souvenirs and Prizes: Promotional, Advertising, etc.” Responses must include the buyer-provided Bid Table (BT-06QR), acceptance of the solicitation’s terms and conditions, and the mandatory Conflict of Interest Policy form. Vendors may also submit optional informative documents. The Bid Table response template and supporting documents are available through the procurement portal to registered suppliers.
