Description
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire seeks a complete turnkey optical water stable isotope analysis system for measuring liquid water and water vapor, including δ18O and δ2H. The system must include an analyzer, automated liquid-water vaporizer and autosampler with at least 100-sample capacity, plant-matrix water extraction capability, organic-interference treatment, required pumps and accessories, workstation, software, reference standards, and startup consumables. The solicitation also specifies performance, calibration, data-management, and warranty requirements. The supplier must provide delivery, on-site installation, commissioning, calibration, acceptance verification, and hands-on operator training. Bidders must submit a completed specification compliance sheet and cost sheet, a proposed equipment configuration, product literature, warranty and service information, and a client reference list. An analyzer upgrade for d17O measurement is optional.
