Description
Greenwood School District is requesting proposals for maintenance and operation of the fiber segment connecting its network endpoints to the internet service provider’s nearest point of presence. The scope includes coordination, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, routine maintenance, and 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week maintenance coverage. The related service request covers district-wide internet access and data transmission with capacity from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps. Responding vendors must participate in the federal E-Rate program and have, or be willing to obtain, a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) from the Universal Service Administrative Company’s Schools and Libraries Division. The service period is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028. Responses must be emailed to the listed main contact, and generic, spam, or robotic responses will not be considered valid for evaluation.
