Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, seeks Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for approximately 315 public-library eligible entities across Indiana. Required symmetrical bandwidth ranges from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and from approximately 10 Mbps to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, with guaranteed throughput to each library location and laddered pricing. Services may need to scale over the contract term and may not include monthly data caps or metered-use speed reductions. Installation and initial configuration are included, and the project is contingent on receiving E-Rate funding. The State intends to award a four-year contract with no renewals. Mandatory response components include an executive summary, cost, business, and technical proposals; an attestation form; infrastructure overview; artificial-intelligence technical proposal questions; and supporting documentation, including reference check forms. Responses must be submitted through the State Supplier Portal, and bidders must be registered with the Indiana Department of Administration before submitting.
