Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for three mechanically actuated spindles, NSN 3040-01-669-1989, part number 4498686 PC 12. The items must comply with the referenced technical and quality requirements, DLA packaging requirements, MIL-STD-129 marking, origin inspection and acceptance, applicable domestic-material restrictions, and stated export-control requirements for technical data. Delivery is required 225 days after order, FOB origin, with shipment to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside. Technical-data access requires approved Joint Certification Program certification and approval by the DLA controlling authority; CMMC Level 2 certified third-party assessment organization requirements are also identified in the solicitation.
