Description
The City of Key West is soliciting construction services for permitting and constructing a second stormwater injection well at the existing Patricia and Ashby stormwater pump station. The work includes site preparation and maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, well permitting and drilling, well casing, well-head piping with an air valve in a concrete manhole, and associated civil work. The contractor must also remove and replace two 24-inch isolating plug valves in new concrete vaults, install a new 24-inch spool and connection piping, and restore asphalt pavement, unimproved shoulder, and concrete sidewalk. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to deliver a complete and operational facility in accordance with the construction plans, specifications, applicable codes, and permitting requirements.
