Description
The Comanche Nation is seeking a Gaming Commissioner to ensure compliance with the Comanche Nation Gaming Ordinance, the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, and the Tribal-State Compact. The role includes developing internal control standards, regulations, and procedures; overseeing vendor and employee licensing, background investigations, fee collection, enforcement actions, patron tort claims, prize claims, contracts, and the Gaming Commission budget; and managing regulatory enforcement. Qualifications include Comanche Nation enrollment, integrity, and either a high school diploma with relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field. The selected candidate must obtain and maintain a CNGC Key License and pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation.
