Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for garage door replacement and repair at Camas National Wildlife Refuge. The work includes removing and disposing of five existing doors at the Brown Tractor Storage Building and installing five modern-equivalent, 10-by-9-foot almond-colored garage doors with automatic latches and associated hardware. At the Old Brindley Barn, the contractor must replace the gaskets and vinyl seals on two 18-by-12-foot garage doors and remove and replace one commercial-grade, one-half-horsepower garage door lift motor, connecting it to the existing electrical infrastructure and leaving it operational. All work must be performed on site. The contractor must complete the work within the stated performance period and meet functional acceptance requirements, including smooth operation, proper sealing, and doors closing flush to the floor. Quotes must include the completed Bid Schedule and Offer Evaluation Form, total pricing, vendor information, and the requested past-performance information, including three similar completed projects and at least two valid references.
