Description
The Barbados Water Authority is seeking quotations for mechanical-joint (MJ) fittings, including MJ × MJ tees, MJ × MJ × flanged tees, and MJ bends. The specified quantities and sizes are two each of 16-inch × 8-inch, 16-inch × 10-inch, and 16-inch × 12-inch MJ tees; four each of 20-inch × 18-inch and 20-inch × 20-inch MJ × MJ × flanged tees; and six 18-inch, 11.25-degree MJ bends. Responses are evaluated on price, lead time, and specifications. The submission must include the completed and signed Form of Tender, Applicant's Bid Submission Form, quotation, specifications, and Certification of Compliance to Labour Clauses (Public Contracts) Act CAP.349. Vendor registration and supporting business and tax documentation are required through the procurement portal, including the Know Your Supplier information and applicable incorporation, tax, and labor-compliance records.
