Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration intends to procure a sole-source Sanford Guide Web Edition subscription through a site license. The subscription must provide nationwide VHA access, including unrestricted simultaneous users, access from internet-connected computers and authorized VPN users, and compatibility with supported web browsers and the Windows environment. The resource must provide authoritative, current, searchable clinical information on infectious-disease treatment and prevention, including antimicrobial therapy, pharmacology, adverse effects, drug interactions, dosage adjustments, references, tables, images, and diagrams. Requirements also include Section 508 compliance or a documented remediation plan, technical and content support, minimal downtime, usage statistics, customer-service response within one business day, optional training, and continuous access during the subscription period. The performance period is one year from award, with four one-year option periods. Interested sources must submit capability information and a quote or rough order of magnitude, including evidence of authorization to resell the product if applicable.
