Description

The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board is seeking an open-market quote for 10 licenses of ELB Learning’s Lectora Inspire Gold Suite. The requested coverage term is November 30, 2026, through November 29, 2027, and quoted fees must cover licensing. To complete the sale, the vendor must complete the attached procurement lobbying forms and sign Appendix A on page 1. Appendix B provides general specifications and is identified as informational only, not a required submission document.
