Description
Hoboken Public School District is soliciting proposals for Category One internet access and data transmission services with bandwidth options of 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps. The requirement includes installation and initial configuration and covers service for eight eligible entities, with the attached pricing worksheet identifying Hoboken High School as the service site. The pricing worksheet specifies a 36-month term beginning November 1, 2027, for the 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps service options. An optional managed router and a block of IP addresses are also listed. Bidders must complete and submit Attachment A, sign and date the specification document, identify their name and SPIN, and indicate whether they own the transport facilities. Proposals must be emailed in the requested format with the applicant name and Form 470 number in the subject line.
