Description
The United States Air Force is conducting market research for potential sources capable of supplying brand-new, OEM-certified replacement parts for Anthropomorphic Test Devices, including structural, skeletal, flesh, and joint hardware, internal data-acquisition harnesses, mounting hardware, and connection assemblies. Parts must be compatible with JPATS Case-1 Lightest Occupant in Service and JPATS Case-6 Large Anthropomorphic Research Dummy configurations and provide exact form, fit, and biofidelic function interchangeability. The requirement also includes factory-level calibration, diagnostic repair, recertification, and traceable certification for proprietary instrumentation, including Slice 6 data-acquisition systems, angular-rate sensors, linear accelerometers, and multi-axis load cells. Calibration services must generally be completed and tendered for return shipment within 30 calendar days of receipt. Respondents must submit a capability statement addressing technical-data rights, manufacturing and calibration capabilities, ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation or NIST traceability, supply-chain timelines, commerciality, warranties, pricing, and applicable contract vehicles.
