Description
Richards School District R-V is soliciting Category One dedicated Internet access and data transmission service for 3461 County Road 1710, West Plains, Missouri 65775. The requested service is 4 Mb/512K DSL bandwidth, although bids must identify the proposed bandwidth and associated price and must provide guaranteed bandwidth with synchronous speeds. Bids for non-dedicated Internet access will be disqualified. The proposal must identify all installation charges, applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, and any ineligible bundled services requiring cost allocation. The vendor must participate in the E-Rate program, provide a valid SPIN, offer the applicant a choice between SPI and BEAR discount methods, and permit SPIN changes. After the initial term or any voluntary renewal term, the vendor must offer up to 12 months of month-to-month service and include that monthly cost in the proposal. All awards are contingent on E-Rate funding and final board approval.
