Description
The California Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for a highway construction project in Alturas, Modoc County. The work includes replacing asphalt concrete surfacing, applying a rubberized hot-mix asphalt overlay, and performing drainage, curb ramp, and electrical improvements on portions of Routes 299 and 395.
