Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking an all-or-none contractor to provide monthly interior and exterior pest control services for four Marion Fish Hatchery buildings. The scope includes termite inspection and control, bird proofing, animal trapping, rodent control, extermination, fumigation, and treatment for pests such as German roaches, Argentine ants, wasps, stinging insects, and brown recluse spiders. The first service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Additional services may be requested as needed, and the supplier must maintain consistent pricing, products, services, specifications, and deliverables throughout the agreement. The agreement may be renewed annually for a total term not exceeding five years, with a cumulative value cap of $25,000.
