Description
Camosun College is procuring 22 new welding power sources: 20 identical CC/CV MIG multi-process units without carts and two identical TIG units with carts. The MIG units must support MIG, SMAW, DC GTAW, and CV aluminum welding without spool guns; the TIG units must provide at least 300 A, water-cooled operation, remote foot pedals, and AC/DC high frequency. Both types must meet the stated electrical and CSA requirements and include the components and accessories needed for normal operation. The supplier must deliver the equipment to the college’s Interurban Campus before March 31, 2027, install and test the units, provide loaners during warranty repairs, and provide qualified warranty service support in the Greater Victoria area. The warranty must be at least three years from delivery. The submission also requires completed equipment questionnaires and an online fee proposal, along with manuals, operational power requirement statements, warranty documentation, and a signed submission declaration. A value-add questionnaire is also requested.
