Description
Westchester County is requesting quotes for hard drives through an informal request-for-quote process. The solicitation requires item-based pricing and asks vendors to provide their best or earliest delivery date, any minimum order requirements, payment-term discounts, the period for which quoted prices will remain valid, and warranty information. Products must be new unless otherwise stated, comply with applicable requirements, be delivered FOB destination, and be guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship. Equivalent products may be considered if clearly identified and determined to meet the required characteristics. The county may award by individual item, grouped items, or lot.
