The New York State Department of Transportation is seeking to retain an engineering firm to provide design services under a term agreement for railroad corridor identification support statewide, under PIN RCID.SW.271. The opportunity is a Request for Qualifications, and interested consultants may submit an Expression of Interest after the detailed advertisement is made available. Consultants must maintain an active electronic inventory to submit an Expression of Interest and must register in the CSSWeb application before submitting an inventory if they have not already done so. The detailed advertisement will address whether subcontracting or joint ventures are permitted. No substantially similar procurement contract was awarded within the past five years, and no solicitation documents were uploaded with the notice.
