Description
Aiken Public Service Authority is soliciting construction services for approximately 368 linear feet of HDPE sanitary sewer pipe installed by pipe bursting, including modifications and connections to existing manholes. The work also includes removal and replacement of approximately one precast concrete manhole using conventional open-cut methods. The contractor must provide bypass pumping as required to maintain continuous service within the active sanitary sewer conveyance system, restore all disturbed surfaces, and apply erosion prevention and sediment control measures. No formal pre-bid meeting will be held; written questions are accepted through September 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The stated construction cost is $150,000.
