Description
The City of Henderson is soliciting proposals for one new, unused, undamaged, specialized armored personnel carrier. The vehicle must be purpose-built to transport and deploy personnel and equipment for specialized operations, investigations, and high-risk events, including search warrants, terrorism-related threats, criminal barricades, hostage rescues, dignitary protection, riot and crowd control, and other critical incidents throughout Henderson and Southern Nevada. The solicitation package includes a revised scope of work, federal procurement terms and conditions, a grant award agreement, debarment and lobbying certifications, revised RFP terms and conditions, and supplier-registration guidance. The available materials indicate that questions must be submitted electronically through the NGEM system and that proposals are due electronically through the same system.
