The Alabama Army National Guard is soliciting bids for quarterly general pest control services at two facilities in Opelika, Alabama: Opelika NGA (27,147 sq ft plus 5,775 sq ft of supporting buildings) and FMS #22 (5,074 sq ft plus 412 sq ft of supporting buildings). Services include control of rodents, crawling insects, and flying insects, but exclude termite treatment. The contract period is from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with services billed quarterly. The vendor must notify the facility of scheduled service dates at least two weeks in advance, and all fourth quarter services must be completed and invoiced by August 16, 2027. Services must be performed during normal duty hours (0730-1730, Tuesday through Friday). Vendors must bid on all or none of the facilities to be eligible for award. Payment will be made in arrears.
