Description
The Town seeks a vendor to supply a broad range of police uniforms, footwear, duty gear, safety equipment, and related items under a one-year contract. The specifications list particular brands and models, with equivalents permitted subject to approval; some items require an authorized dealer, and certain products are specified as having no substitute. The addendum confirms that equivalent products may be proposed at the designated officer’s discretion. The vendor must provide an online web store portal for officers to make purchases using clothing allowances. The vendor is also responsible for patches, embroidery, screening, and related garment alterations. On-site fittings are not required. Pricing is requested by item, and the bid package includes a bid form, non-conflict affidavit, non-collusive bid statement, and detailed price sheet.
