Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting only Small Business Teaming Arrangement (SBTA) offers under Amendment 0011 for the Marketplace for Acquisition of Professional Services (MAPS) multiple-award IDIQ contract. The vehicle will provide worldwide, CONUS and OCONUS professional services through task orders across five domains: Engineering, Logistics and Operational Services; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation; Management and Advisory Services; Emerging IT Services; and Foundational IT Services. Scope includes engineering, logistics, research, program management, training, cybersecurity, network and systems operations, help desk support, IT management, and related services. Individual task orders may use fixed-price, time-and-materials, cost-reimbursement, or hybrid pricing. The maximum contract ordering period is 10 years, consisting of a five-year base ordering period and one five-year optional ordering period. The contract ceiling, including the optional ordering period, is $50 billion, with a $100 minimum guarantee. SBTA proposals must include the required cover letter, scorecard, qualifying-project and past-performance materials, SBTA utilization matrix, and a separate executed SBTA agreement for each proposed first-tier subcontractor. The prime and each first-tier subcontractor must independently meet the solicitation’s small-business, Secret facility-clearance, CMMC, and other eligibility requirements.
