Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, seeks Internet access, data transmission, and WAN connectivity services for participating Indiana public libraries. The requirements include symmetrical, scalable bandwidth from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, guaranteed throughput at each library location, laddered pricing, and installation and initial configuration. Services may not include monthly data caps or speed reductions based on metered usage, and bandwidth may increase during the contract. The State intends to award a four-year contract with no renewals to one or more providers, contingent on receiving E-Rate funding. Mandatory submission components include an executive summary, cost, business, and technical proposals; an attestation form; infrastructure overview; artificial-intelligence technical proposal questions; and reference check forms. Respondents must be registered with the Indiana Department of Administration Supplier Portal, and proposals must be submitted through that portal.
