Description
This sources sought notice is issued by the United States Air Force to identify potential vendors, including small businesses, capable of providing one 15-person shuttle bus. The vehicle must accommodate 14 passengers plus a driver and feature a robust air conditioning system. Standard highway travel configuration is required, along with a factory-installed trailer brake controller and a fully separated rear storage compartment. The engine must be configured for standard gasoline operation. Wheelchair lifts and ADA-compliant floor plans are not required. Interested parties are requested to submit a capability statement including company information (Name, Address, CAGE Code, UEI), point of contact details (Name, Title, Phone, Email), business size and socioeconomic status, and estimated delivery lead time. Responses must be submitted via email to SSgt Landon Docherty (landon.docherty@us.af.mil) and CC: 1st Lt Nasir Smith (nasir.smith.1@us.af.mil) by Monday, June 22, 2026, at 8:00 AM EST.
