Description
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is seeking informal quotes for dedicated 10 Gbps IP transit service at the Equinix MI1 colocation facility in Miami, Florida. The provider must support bidirectional forwarding detection on eBGP peering, BGP communities for traffic engineering, and the BGP graceful shutdown community under RFC 8326; micro-BFD sessions under RFC 7130 are required if the service uses a link aggregation group. The scope includes service-level agreements, all labor and equipment, 24/7/365 network operations center support for the backhaul, monthly recurring charges for the 60-month service term, and non-recurring charges such as construction and equipment fees. The quote must include all-inclusive pricing and comply with the authority's insurance requirements and terms and conditions.
