Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health seeks a supplier to provide general pest-control services for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Services must be performed monthly, inside and outside the building, to control pests including roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, and spiders. Recalls must be provided as needed at no additional charge, and the supplier must leave an invoice and service report at each service visit. Quotes must identify any excluded pests. Termite inspection and treatment are excluded. The agency intends to establish a 12-month contract with renewal options for up to five years, with a total potential cost of $25,000. A site visit is strongly encouraged and available by appointment. The agency may decline to award because of budget restrictions.
