Description
Maricopa Unified School District is requesting proposals for internet service of at least 2 Gbps, with pricing for symmetrical and asymmetrical service, eight static IP addresses, and optional managed-router service. The provider must furnish and maintain the necessary connection, premise equipment, monitoring, demarcation handoff, and connectivity to the district's existing network, including installation and any applicable special-construction costs. The service must support 24/7 availability, multiple Tier 1 internet providers, required network protocols, and secure traffic isolation. The proposal must identify eligible and ineligible costs, recurring and nonrecurring charges, taxes and surcharges, installation costs, growth pricing for bandwidth levels up to 10 Gbps, and a multi-year service agreement. Required response materials include an itemized bid price sheet, signed and dated service agreement, respondent information, executed general acknowledgment, at least three client references from winning proposals within the last three calendar years, qualifications, and an implementation plan if applicable. Responses must be submitted through the designated project website as PDF files no larger than 15 MB by November 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
