Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for one fluid-to-air heat exchanger, NSN 4420-01-685-3773, part number 12581407, under purchase request 7018559616. The approved source identified is Kelvion Inc. (CAGE 7ZR19); other offerors must obtain source approval and submit the source approval request, technical data package, or prior-approval certification with their quotation. The item must meet the current revision of the applicable source-control drawing and is subject to export-controlled technical-data requirements, including approved Joint Certification Program access. The item is to be delivered within 20 days after order, FOB origin, with destination inspection. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951, MIL-STD-129, and applicable DLA packaging requirements. The quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by October 19, 2026. This is not a small-business set-aside, and the solicitation requires a CMMC Level 2 certified third-party assessment organization for the stated cybersecurity requirement.
