Description
Metra seeks a one-time purchase of panelized crossovers, turnouts, a complete diamond crossing, compromise rails, transition rails, and related track components. The bid requires pricing for all eight line items and delivery in assembled panels by flatbed truck. Materials must be new and meet the detailed manufacturing, material, testing, marking, inspection, and packaging specifications; approved substitutions require prior written approval and technical documentation. The successful bidder must submit shop drawings for approval before manufacturing and provide its quality assurance/quality control policy. The price list identifies quantities and delivery locations, and bidders must provide a delivery lead time after receipt of order.
