Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quote for 20 feet of plain-round, seamless 6061-T6 aluminum alloy tubing. Each length must have a 1.5-inch outside diameter, a 0.065-inch wall thickness, and a random length between 10 and 12 feet, and must meet the specified SAE standard. Continuous product and lot marking, including specified producer, material, size, contract, and stock-number information, is required. Packaging and marking must comply with the stated military and ASTM requirements. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The solicitation is full and open competition and is not a small-business set-aside; a HUBZone price evaluation preference may apply to certified HUBZone concerns. Delivery is required 20 days after award, FOB origin, with origin inspection and acceptance.
