Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, is soliciting proposals for Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for public library consortium members throughout Indiana. The requirement covers approximately 236 Internet access locations and 450 standalone data transmission locations, with symmetrical bandwidth starting at approximately 10 Mbps and scalable up to 10 Gbps for Internet access and 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity. Services must provide guaranteed throughput to each library location, laddered pricing, and no monthly data caps or metered-usage reductions. The project includes installation and initial configuration, is contingent on E-Rate funding, and is expected to use a four-year contract with no renewals. Mandatory proposal components include an executive summary, cost, business, and technical proposals, an attestation form, infrastructure overview, AI technical proposal responses, and supporting documentation identified in the solicitation.
