Description
The 119th Wing of the North Dakota Air National Guard is conducting market research for a turnkey uninterruptible power supply replacement in Building 542. The contractor would provide and install a scalable Eaton 9PXM UPS system, including the UPS frame, two 4 kVA split-phase power modules, six battery packs, a hardwired bypass module, a gigabit network card, and a three-year onsite 7x24 next-day warranty, or equal equipment with a standard specification sheet if proposing an alternative. The scope also includes licensed electrical services, startup and connected-load testing, and disconnection, removal, and off-site hauling or recycling of the existing Eaton 9155 UPS and two external battery cabinets. The proposed system must support 208V single-phase/split-phase power, fit within a maximum 40-inch by 24-inch footprint, provide hot-swappable batteries and at least 20 minutes of runtime at a 1.7 kW load, and accommodate the stated site-access conditions. Responses must provide company and business-size information, CAGE Code, UEI, point of contact, socioeconomic categories if applicable, confirmation of licensed electrical support, estimated equipment lead time after receipt of order, and the product offered.
