Description
Casa Blanca Community School is requesting proposals for Category One Internet access and data transmission services supporting bandwidth from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps, with pricing requested in increments up to 5 Gbps. Vendors must provide one-, three-, and five-year contract options, identify recurring and one-time costs, separate eligible from ineligible costs, and describe scalability and bandwidth upgrades. Contracts are contingent on E-Rate funding. The scope may include service handoff to the school's local area network, static IP addressing (/28), service-outage reporting and basic technical support, a service-level agreement, and associated special construction, trenching, boring, conduit, handholes, vaults, poles, fiber cable, splicing, termination, labeling, testing, acceptance, project management, installation, activation, and network equipment. Vendors must have a valid SPIN, comply with E-Rate and FCC national-security requirements, and submit the completed E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet with the proposal. Price is the most heavily weighted evaluation factor, with prior experience, references, technical sufficiency, invoicing flexibility, and local or in-state status also evaluated.
