Description
The National Research Council of Canada’s National Master Specifications Team requires as-needed technical translation of construction specifications from English into French. Translations must be accurate, consistent, and publication-ready to support the team’s biannual publication cycle. The procurement is limited to invited Indigenous suppliers under the federal Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. The evaluation has two phases: an English-to-French translation test using a Trados Studio 2024 package, followed by financial evaluation for bidders scoring at least 80% in Phase 1. The test deliverable must be a Trados Studio 2024-compatible .sdlrpx return package. One or more standing offers may be issued to suppliers offering the lowest evaluated fees and meeting all mandatory technical criteria.
