Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, seeks one or more providers for statewide Internet access and WAN connectivity services serving approximately 144 public library systems and roughly 255 locations. The requested services include symmetrical bandwidth scalable from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, guaranteed throughput, laddered pricing, and no monthly data caps or metered-use speed reductions. The scope includes customer-premises equipment such as routers, switches, and circuit terminations; installation and initial configuration; 24/7/365 network monitoring and customer support; a 99.99% availability SLA for each circuit; commitments for packet loss, latency, and jitter; reporting tools; equipment training; annual bandwidth consulting; a dedicated account services manager; and assistance with E-Rate forms, deadlines, program-integrity questions, and appeals. The contract is contingent on E-Rate funding and is intended to run for four years with no renewal options.
