Description
The Virginia Lottery is seeking qualified offerors to provide an iLottery solution for online lottery operations. The solicitation includes mandatory and jurisdictional requirements, service-level and liquidated-damages provisions, information-security terms, prize-payment workflows, current-program information, and new-game scenarios. The current round is Addendum 3, which provides additional questions and answers. The package also includes revised materials from Addendum 2, including the mandatory-requirements matrix, service-level agreement and liquidated-damages provisions, and pricing schedule, along with proposal and protest bond forms, information-security terms, prize-payment workflow materials, current-program information, a new-game scenario, the main RFP, and prior addenda.
