Description
The City of Saginaw is seeking bids for one Grundomat 55P (2.0-inch) horizontal boring tool and one Grundomat 75P (3.0-inch) horizontal boring tool. The bid is all-or-none, no substitutions are accepted, and pricing must include shipping, handling, delivery, and associated costs. The specified delivery point is FOB City of Saginaw, 1701 S. Jefferson Avenue, Saginaw, Michigan 48601. Bidders must submit the City's printed bid form in ink or typewritten form, provide payment terms and delivery lead time, and maintain the bid price for one year. The original bid and one copy must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the bid number. If the total bid exceeds $100,000, an original bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to five percent of the total bid amount is required. The City may extend the agreement for up to two additional one-year extensions at its discretion.
