Description
This Sources Sought notice requests market-research responses, not proposals for an active solicitation. Respondents must submit a capability statement tailored to the draft performance work statement, answer the questions in the Government Questions attachment, and provide up to three relevant project examples with client contact information, contract value, period of performance, service description, and CPARS availability. The response is limited to three pages and should describe organizational capacity, relevant staff and technical capabilities, and any anticipated subcontracting or teaming arrangements. The draft work statement describes scientific, technical, and professional support for the CDC’s nutrition, physical activity, obesity, and chronic disease prevention programs. Work includes epidemiological and surveillance analyses; data modernization and management; policy surveillance and reporting; program evaluation; technical assistance; and translation of findings into reports, publications, presentations, and other communications. The draft specifies a base period from September 15, 2027, through September 14, 2028, with two one-year option periods. Many additional tasks are optional, and the final acquisition approach has not yet been determined.
