Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Webster Outlying Field Engineering and Prototyping Facility is procuring OEM-designed computer-rack shelving on a firm-fixed-price basis. The requirement includes 56 Shelf, Sliding - 2" Standard units (manufacturer part number 160-605), 28 Shelf, Sliding Assembly - M/D 20" D Rack - Computer units (manufacturer part number 190-012-1+A), and shipping. The Government will provide the required drawings, and vendors must provide sufficient technical information, such as a datasheet, drawing, or specification, for evaluation. Quotes must be submitted by email and include responses to the Section K fill-in clauses, including FOB terms, shipping cost, IUID labeling cost if applicable, tax identification number, unique entity identifier, CAGE code, small-business status, estimated delivery date, any applicable pricelist, and total amount. Vendors must be authorized distributors or resellers, provide signed documentation verifying that authorization, comply with the Trade Agreements Act, and identify the country of origin. Delivery is required by November 19, 2026.
