Description
The Department of Children and Families (DCF) seeks proposals from bidders qualified to conduct culturally and linguistically competent and impartial parenting capacity evaluations. Approved bidders will form a pool of provider resources across the Commonwealth available to conduct parenting capacity evaluations in response to referrals submitted by one of DCF's 29 Area Offices. The evaluation report must be submitted no later than 45 calendar days from receipt of referral. If, due to the number of youth in the family, or the complexity of the family's circumstances, the evaluation cannot be completed within 45 days, the provider shall request an extension from the DCF referral source. The duration of the extension will be at the discretion of the DCF referral source or 15 calendar days, whichever is lesser.
