Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, seeks a contractor to provide statewide Internet access and WAN connectivity services for approximately 144 public library systems and approximately 255 locations. Required connectivity ranges from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps per site, with scalable symmetrical bandwidth, guaranteed throughput, no monthly data caps or metered speed reductions, and support for existing fiber and quality-of-service technologies. The scope includes customer-premises equipment, installation, configuration, equipment updates, training, 24/7/365 network monitoring and customer support, reporting, consulting, E-Rate assistance, and service-level commitments including 99.99% network availability. The State intends to award a four-year contract with no renewals, contingent on obtaining E-Rate funding. Proposals must address the cost, business, technical, attestation, infrastructure, and artificial-intelligence requirements identified in the solicitation, along with reference checks and required supporting documentation. Optional services may include firewall, filtering, bandwidth shaping, disaster recovery, backup-site services, hosting, VoIP, engineering support, and related network services.
