Description
Shaker Heights City School District is soliciting proposals for fully managed Dedicated Internet Access with transport service. The required solution must provide at least 5 Gbps download and upload bandwidth, with offers requested for incremental bandwidth options up to 10 Gbps. Service must be dedicated to the applicant, provide a committed information rate, include static IPv4 /29 blocks with one gateway and five usable addresses, and terminate at an applicant-designated building demarcation point or MDF. Vendors should identify included demarcation equipment and may provide router lease options and optional DDoS protection pricing. Proposals must identify all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges, and pricing must be submitted in the provided Pricing Attachment in XLS or XLSX format. Vendors must offer discounted SPI billing and comply with applicable E-Rate and FCC supply-chain requirements. Services are needed effective July 1, 2027. Contracted offers should include 36-month pricing, with two optional 12-month extensions; month-to-month offers will also be considered. Proposals must be emailed to all listed Form 470 contacts by the stated deadline.
